Cane Creek have re-examined every aspect of the HELM fork's internal design, to create the MKII. New SKF wiper seals, lighter weight damper fluid, a redesigned air spring, tweaking and tuning, all in the name of reducing friction as the fork moves through its travel.

Versatility of the New Cane Creek HELM DJ
The new Cane Creek HELM DJ combines the proven performance, reliability and strength of the HELM MKII's chassis with a new short travel air spring optimised for Dirt Jumps, Dual Slalom and Street riding. Preset at 90mm travel and a 483mm axle to crown to accommodate a 26? wheel without changing the geometry of your dirt jump bicycle.
Helm DJ Setup Recommendations:
. Air Pressure: Between 95 and 125 psi based on rider weight and sag / ride height preference
. Rebound: Between 5 and 10 clicks from closed due to the increased air pressure
