Shipping policy

Bike Shipping

Due to our bicycle dealer agreements, there may be some models or brands of bikes that we are unable to ship. This will be reflected at check out. Bikes unable to be shipped can be collected from Just Ride, 15 Price Street, Nerang QLD 4211.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For Bikes: $200 flat-rate shipping to a Commercial address or nearest delivery depot for collection Australia Wide. For residential shipping please contact us for a quote. 

Bulky Items: $40 flat rate postage

Small & soft goods: Free shipping for orders over $150. For orders below $150 a flat rate $15 postage applies.

Shipping fees will automatically apply to your item(s) at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Just Ride (15 Price Street, Nerang QLD 4211). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5:30pm & Sat 8am - 3pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@justridenerang.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information please read our return policy page.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@justridenerang.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
